LifeGroup Team Leader

This position oversees the team of LifeGroup Directors within the Warehouse and is responsible for the creation, development, and implementation of LifeGroups for children grades 4th-6th, as well as supervising three other LifeGroup Directors.

In addition, this position is required to recruit new volunteers, develop and train LifeGroup leaders, participate in development and participation of LifeGroup lessons and other duties as assigned.

Qualified candidates will have experience and a passion for working with children. Experience volunteering in the Warehouse preferred.

Pre-School LifeGroup Director

Responsibilities of this position include creating, developing, and implementing LifeGroups for children ages 3 through kindergarten. This includes recruiting new volunteers, developing and training LifeGroup leaders (one on ones, huddles, large group trainings), teaching in the Art Studio, and participating in the development and implementation of Life Group Lessons.

Video Content Producer

This position is responsible for creating video content for the regular weekend services. Content includes, but is not limited to: message series elements (bumps, lower thirds, counters and motion graphic elements) video interviews and stories, as well as occasional ministry projects.

This candidate must have ability to take a project from beginning to end, i.e., concept to production to edit to final. Must be highly skilled with a thorough knowledge of Final Cut Pro and the Adobe Creative Suite including After Effects. 1-2 years experience behind the camera, shooting high definition video, strong technical background to include, equipment, cameras, lighting, etc. Must be organized, a creative thinker and highly productive working in a fast paced environment. Must have the ability to work as part of a multi-faceted team in order to execute tasks.

An associates degree or certificate program in specialized area as warranted and 1-2 years of appropriate experience is required. A combination of education and experience may be used.
