Hi Forest Hill Ballantyne,
My name is Joe Lanman, and my family and I are thrilled to be joining you in a few weeks. Though I can’t be with you now, I wanted to introduce myself. My wife Kristen and I have been married for 19 years, and we have four children: Fin (11), Wilson and JJ (almost 9), and Sullivan (7). I’ve served at Sharon Baptist Church in Charlotte for the past 17 years, and we own a couple of small businesses in Ballantyne. I’m honored to be called as your pastor and believe God has brought me here to serve with you for His glory. Over the past few months, we’ve seen God’s hand at work as we’ve gotten to know your leadership team, and I look forward to joining you in October and getting to know each of you as we bring heaven to Charlotte, one person at a time.
